1. Introduction
JualDirectBah.my is operated by Qawwam Mobility Sdn Bhd ("Qawwam Mobility", "JualDirectBah", "we", "us" or "our").
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of JualDirectBah.my and the services provided by us, including vehicle transaction services, financing assistance, motor takaful, road tax renewal and other services described on our website.
By using our website or obtaining our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate and current information.
Incorrect, incomplete or misleading information may result in a quotation, application, renewal or transaction being delayed, rejected or cancelled.
3. Motor Takaful
Qawwam Mobility Sdn Bhd is a Registered Agent of Zurich General Takaful Malaysia Berhad.
Agent Code: T74181J-000.
Motor takaful quotations are based on information supplied by the customer and remain subject to the applicable terms, conditions, eligibility, underwriting and acceptance of the takaful operator.
Payment alone does not necessarily mean that coverage has commenced.
Motor takaful coverage begins only according to the effective date, time and terms stated in the certificate or confirmation issued by the takaful operator.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the information in their quotation and certificate.
4. Road Tax Renewal
We may assist customers with road tax renewal where the service is available and the customer meets the applicable requirements.
Road tax amounts, government fees and applicable authority charges remain payable by the customer.
Any promotion referring to "free road tax renewal" or "no road tax renewal charge" refers only to our service/handling fee and does not mean that the government road tax itself is free.
5. Payments
Available payment methods will be displayed during the relevant transaction.
Some payment methods may be provided and processed by third-party payment service providers.
Use of those payment methods is also subject to the terms of the respective payment provider.
Payment methods may be added, changed or withdrawn from time to time.
6. Third-Party BNPL / Instalment Payments
Where Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) or third-party instalment facilities become available, approval, credit limits, instalment schedules, fees and other terms are determined by the relevant BNPL provider.
Qawwam Mobility Sdn Bhd is not the lender for third-party BNPL facilities.
7. Prices and Quotations
Quotations remain valid according to the validity period and conditions stated in the relevant quotation.
Amounts may change when vehicle details, ownership information, coverage, underwriting, NCD or other material information changes.
8. Vehicle Transactions
Vehicle information displayed on JualDirectBah.my is based on information available to us at the time of publication.
Buyers should satisfy themselves regarding the suitability and condition of a vehicle before completing a transaction.
Financing remains subject to approval by the relevant financial institution.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy and, for motor takaful, the applicable takaful operator's terms.
10. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party service providers including takaful operators, financial institutions, payment providers and other transaction service providers.
Their products and services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes in law, operations, products or services.
The latest version will be published on our website.
